Nectar Sleep Review: Is the Brand Worth Trusting?

A brand that competes on trial length and price rather than materials — and mostly earns it, as long as you want foam.

Our verdict on the brand

Nectar is not trying to make the best mattress. It is trying to make the easiest one to buy: a year-long trial, a lifetime warranty, and a sale price that never seems to end. On our testing that is a fair trade — the Premier is the best value cooling foam bed we have measured — but the support experience does not match the marketing, and the lineup is foam or nothing.

How we scored it

What we liked

  • 365-night trial and lifetime warranty on every mattress
  • Consistently strong motion isolation across the range
  • Frequent, genuine sale pricing

What we didn't

  • Support is email-first and slow at peak times
  • Foam-only lineup
  • Off-gassing on every model for the first days

Questions readers ask

Is the 365-night trial real?
Yes. We returned one mattress on day 214; pickup was arranged within a week and the refund cleared in nine days.
Which Nectar mattress should I buy?
The Premier for most people. The original Nectar is cheaper but noticeably warmer; the Premier Copper adds cost without a measurable temperature gain in our testing.

How we tested

Three Nectar mattresses tested over 30 nights each, plus three logged support contacts and two return requests placed on our own orders. Full methodology →
